Learner Engagement/Recruitment Officer Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Location: West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Stoke-on-Trent, Hereford, Lichfield, Worcester) Enjoy working in the community and helping people take their first step into education or employment? This is a hands-on, community-focused role where building relationships and engaging individuals is key. Key responsibilities: * Promote adult education and employability programmes within the community * Engage and recruit learners onto AEB-funded courses * Conduct initial assessments and eligibility checks * Support learners through the enrolment process * Build relationships with job centres and local referral partners * Attend outreach events and community engagement activities * Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and recruitment activity Ideal Candidate You are a people-focused professional who enjoys engaging with individuals and supporting them into opportunities.
