This is a hands-on, community-focused role where building relationships and engaging individuals is key. Key responsibilities: * Promote adult education and employability programmes within the community * Engage and recruit learners onto AEB-funded courses * Conduct initial assessments and eligibility checks * Support learners through the enrolment process * Build relationships with job centres and local referral partners * Attend outreach events and community engagement activities * Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and recruitment activity Ideal Candidate You are a people-focused professional who enjoys engaging with individuals and supporting them into opportunities.
